Three non-governmental human rights organizations have filed a lawsuit against the Dutch government, claiming that it has violated the ban on supplying Israel with spare parts for F-35 fighter jets issued in February this year.

Oxfam Novib, one of the three organizations that filed the charges, said: "Unfortunately, everything indicates that the spare parts from the Netherlands are reaching Israel through circuitous routes."

The Dutch government "has continued to send spare parts for F-35 aircraft to other countries, including the United States. This is against the court's decision," Lisbeth Ziegveld, a lawyer representing three NGOs, told the Dutch court.

He added that: "The court's decision concerns all the spare parts of the F-35 aircraft that end up in Israel, and the government must stop all such shipments."

In a historic decision issued in February this year, the Dutch Court of Appeal ordered the country's government to stop supplying Israel with spare parts for the planes used to kill civilians in the Gaza Strip.

So far Israel has killed almost 40 thousand Palestinians of the Gaza Strip, mostly women and small children.
