"I see in it a deep understanding of our common historical goals, our choice, our values, freedom and the determination to steadfastly defend Russia's national interests," Putin said.

From the president's point of view, Russia is responsible for a thousand years of history and ancestors who reached unattainable heights.

"Today, in fact, we are responsible for our thousand-year history, our ancestors. They took seemingly unattainable heights, because they always put the Motherland first, they knew that really great goals can be achieved only with their country and their people, and they created a world power, our motherland, they achieved such victories that inspire us as well. today," the Russian leader said.

Putin is sure that the Russians will overcome the obstacles, implement what they have in mind and win. He noted that Russia confidently looks ahead, plans its future, outlines and is already implementing new projects and programs, "which are meant to make our development even more dynamic and powerful."

According to Putin, one should not forget about the tragic cost of confusion and upheavals, but stability does not mean immobility, and for that the Russian state system must be flexible.

"It should create conditions for renewal and moving forward," the Russian president believes.

He added that it is necessary to ensure reliable continuity in the country's development for the coming decades.

"We must ensure reliable continuity in the country's development for decades, raise and educate young generations who will strengthen Russia's power, develop our statehood, which is based on inter-ethnic agreement, preservation of traditions of all peoples living in Russia," said the Russian President.

Speaking about foreign policy, Putin emphasized that Russia does not refuse dialogue with Western countries.

"We have been open and will continue to strengthen good relations with all countries that consider Russia a reliable and honest partner. And it really is a global majority. We do not refuse dialogue with Western countries. The choice is theirs," he said.

Putin noted that the conversation between Russia and Western countries on issues of security and strategic stability is possible, but not from the position of power, but only as equals.

He noted that Russia will continue to work with its partners towards the formation of a multipolar world order.

"With Eurasian integration partners and other sovereign centers of development, we will continue the work of forming a multipolar world order in the direction of creating an equal and indivisible security system," Putin said.

"The results of the work depend decisively on our unity and cohesion, on the common aspiration to benefit the motherland, to protect it, to work with full dedication," the Russian leader noted.
