The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution has visited the International Book Fair in Tehran
According to the information department of the Office of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatullah Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution has visited the 35th International Book Fair today (Monday) which is being held in the area of Imam Khomeini (RA) ).
While at the fair, the Leader spoke to publishers, authors and bookstore owners, and was closely informed about the publishing news and the state of the book market, as well as the level of acceptance of the fair.
The exhibition was launched on Wednesday, welcoming more than 2,500 Iranian and 60 foreign publishers who have presented their latest books at the event.
Held under the slogan "Let's Read and Create," the 35th Tehran International Book Fair will run until May 18.
Yemen has been given the status of a special guest in the book fair this year with the aim of strengthening the culture of muqawama or Islamic struggle.
