The US national security adviser said that the country will consult with Congress on the supply of F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine. According to Al Jazeera, Jake Sullivan said on Friday that Washington will do everything possible to support Ukraine in the war with Russia. He stressed that after the training of Ukrainian pilots, consultations will be held with Congress on the supply of F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine from third countries. The American national security adviser added: "We are working with our European partners to train Ukrainian pilots to use F-16 fighters." Regarding Ukraine's accession to NATO, Sullivan said the US is committed to the NATO Vilnius summit document, which defines the criteria for Ukraine's accession to NATO. NATO member countries and the United States, by providing military support to Ukraine, are pursuing the goal of continuing the crisis in Ukraine. The Russian president said last year that he was ready for peace talks with Kiev and urged Ukraine to give up hostility. But Volodymyr Zelensky, who is under the influence of Western militaristic officials, has said he is ready to sit down at the negotiating table only when another president comes to power in Russia.
