Trump threatens Denmark with military action

Trump has threatened Denmark with military action and sanctions if the country does not allow Greenland to become part of the United States.

Greenland is an island country in North America, part of the Kingdom of Denmark. The island has about 56 thousand inhabitants. 
After Trump's announcement of the annexation of Greenland by the United States, his son arrived on the island by plane. 
The newly elected US president, who will take office on January 20, does not hide his desire to pursue an occupation policy and ignores diplomatic etiquette. He had earlier threatened to take control of the Panama Canal.
Last month, Trump declared that US control over Greenland is an absolute necessity.
