Since 2005, the UN children's fund has ascertained more than 300,000 abuses of minors in theaters of war. In the conflict zones analysed, from Latin America to Asia, 120,000 children are killed or injured, about 20 a day. The Unicef report also counts 105,000 minors recruited into the armed forces or military groups and 32,500 kidnapped. Health and educational facilities are also affected by the war: 16,000 attacks have been registered against hospitals and schools.
