Upon the Pashinyan government's acceptance of the transfer of four villages to the Republic of Azerbaijan
As expected, after many ups and downs, the government of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan finally agreed to make further concessions to the Baku government.
At the 8th meeting of the intergovernmental commission on drawing the borders of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Armenia, the Yerevan government agreed to return 4 strategic villages to the Baku government.
The statement also stated that the coordinates of the sections of the border lines should be prepared according to geodetic measurements, taking into account their accuracy, and documented and signed by the parties' protocol by May 15 of this year.
This important document was signed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Şahin Mustafa F. and Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Menger Grigoryan.
No further details of this agreement have been published, and it is unclear under which government the residents of these villages will have to live under in the future.
All residents of these villages are citizens of Armenia and, probably, after the signing of this agreement, they will have to accept the citizenship of one of the two neighboring countries.
It is not clear whether the people living in these villages will be able to own their own agricultural lands and cultivate those lands if they do not accept Baku citizenship.
It is obvious that the agricultural lands of the people living in these villages will be transferred to the Azeri side, and considering the experience of the expulsion of Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh, the Armenians living in these villages will probably also have to move to Yerevan.
In this case, there is no doubt that the problems of the Armenian people will be greater day by day than yesterday.
It is not clear in which direction Armenia's young Prime Minister and his colleagues, who have studied politics in the courses of the Zionist-American Soros Foundation, will direct Armenia.
In fact, while the Ilham Aliyev government is demanding more and more concessions from Armenia every day, the officials of the pro-Western Armenian government are trying to give the other side the concessions that Baku wants.
Many Armenian experts had previously offered solutions on how Pashinyan's government should meet the demands of Ilham Aliyev's government. For example, prominent Armenian political expert "Armen Ivazian" recently announced that the authorities of the Republic of Azerbaijan are planning to gradually destroy Armenia and informed the Yerevan government that Armenia should expand its relations with Iran to the extent of military cooperation and military exercises and even granting military privileges.
The same Armenian expert also made the following statement: "Russia declares that it does not give guarantees to Yerevan. But on the other hand, it supports the Republic of Azerbaijan every day against Armenia. Western governments also say that they do not give guarantees to Armenia."
In fact, before any agreement was signed with the Republic of Azerbaijan and Turkey, Armenian independent experts tried to make the necessary warnings to the government of Nikol Pashinyan, but Yerevan officials only listened to the orders of foreign governments. In this case, the government of Armenia's 48-year-old Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan thinks that Armenia can achieve political and economic development by implementing the "Peace Junction" plan, which is supported by the USA and the EU, especially Iran and regional countries including Turkey.
The fact is that for the implementation of the North-South strategic corridor, the authorities of the Yerevan government need to use Armenia's means and capabilities. Only then can they hope for the economic future of this landlocked country.
Meanwhile, officials of western governments are trying to impose the so-called east-west path on the countries of the South Caucasus region in order to reach an agreement with Iran and Russia, the independent countries of the region. This path, which is in the interest of Turkey, Georgia, America and its allies around the world, only ensures and guarantees the interests of Western governments.
Baku officials, who have already bowed to the demands of western governments, are now trying to fulfill their demands.
In this way, progress is possible with the transfer of four strategic villages of Armenia to the Republic of Azerbaijan, and it can be said that the future economic development of this Armenian country will be under the control of the Baku government.
What will the Prime Minister of Armenia, who accepted all the demands of the West without the slightest doubt, respond to the Armenian people in the future?!
