US Treasury Secretary's Recognition of Washington's Miscalculations Regarding the Impact of Iran Sanctions
The US Treasury secretary acknowledged that Washington's sanctions on Iran have been "much less effective than we wanted." what the United States wanted, acknowledged that the sanctions did not change Iran's policies and behavior as the United States expected.
