USA: Serial murder of 19 patients by a nurse from Pennsylvania
A Pennsylvania nurse who killed 19 patients during a night shift by injecting them with high doses of insulin has been arrested. According to CNN, Heather Persadi, a 41-year-old nurse, worked at 11 health and rehabilitation centers in Pennsylvania from April last year to May this year. According to her colleagues, she Heather was an inconsistent and violent person, who planned to kill patients during night shifts and when staff were short. For a year he killed patients in different centers in this way and when the staff of those centers became suspicious they left. But when four people died at Blair Rehabilitation Center, her staff became suspicious of Heather and filed a complaint against her. With this complaint the police intervened and started the investigation. In the police investigation it emerged that all the patients were killed by injecting a high dose of insulin. Then, the police realized they were dealing with a serial killer and arrested Heather. Further investigation by police revealed that Heather had been sending letters to her mother over the past year regarding her problems with various patients and co-workers and her plans to harm them. Heather was arraigned last Thursday and is being held without bail in the Butler City Jail. Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry announced that the case could claim more victims.
