West Bank, three Palestinians killed near Checkpoint
AL QUDS - Israeli forces shot and killed three Palestinians near a checkpoint in the occupied West Bank city of Nablus. The victims were in a car on which the military opened fire near a military checkpoint of Surra-Jit, southwest of Nablus. A quarter was arrested by Israeli soldiers. For the official WAFA news agency, the killing of three Palestinians represents targeted assassination. Quoting witnesses, the source adds that shortly after the shooting, the Israeli occupation forces raided the shops and seized the surveillance camera recordings so as not to reveal their crime. The Israeli army's version says that the three Palestinians were armed and fired at a military post and were killed in the exchange of fire and another man was arrested by the forces. Violence and tension in the West Bank has increased since the Netanyahu regime took office, more extremist than ever.
