  Turkey continues to negotiate with the United Nations and the Western bloc to resume supplies of Russian grain and fertilizers as part of a grain deal. According to Russian media citing reliable sources, first of all, negotiations are underway with the UN and Western countries. A dialogue is also maintained with Russia and Ukraine regarding the agreement on grain and compliance with the requirements of the Russian side. Russia has presented to the United Nations seven conditions for the return to the implementation of the wheat agreement, clearly determining all the points of the "Black Sea Grain Initiative" that have not been met.

The Kremlin has urged the United States not to promise but to keep the Russian side of the grain deal. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said the US had done everything it could to ensure that the problems Russia associates with participating in the Black Sea Grain Initiative were resolved  The talks between the presidents themselves took place in the Vahdettin government building in Istanbul Turkey hosted the talks between Erdogan and Zelensky, following which a press conference was held. During a press conference, the Turkish president affirmed that Ukraine "has the right to join NATO". Among the topics of the talks was the topic of a grain deal.
