Biden has been accused by the United States of "participating" in the genocide committed by Israel in Gaza

In the court, US president Joe Biden, his secretary of state Anthony Blinken and defense minister Lloyd Austin have been accused of "failing to prevent Israel's actions and participating in a clear genocide". The Center for Constitutional Rights' indictment, first filed in November 2023, declared that Biden, Blinken and Austin "have not only failed to fulfill their duty to prevent genocide, but have also created an environment that has been exacerbated and exacerbated by providing unconditionally military and diplomatic aid to Israel.
