In their claims, the accusers have said, the officials of the government of President Joe Biden have not prevented the genocide of the Palestinian people in Gaza by the Zionist regime. In the court, US president Joe Biden, his secretary of state Anthony Blinken and defense minister Lloyd Austin have been accused of "failing to prevent Israel's actions and participating in a clear genocide". The Center for Constitutional Rights' indictment, first filed in November 2023, declared that Biden, Blinken and Austin "have not only failed to fulfill their duty to prevent genocide, but have also created an environment that has been exacerbated and exacerbated by providing unconditionally military and diplomatic aid to Israel. In the case, the Center for Constitutional Rights is asking the court to declare that, "the defendants have violated their obligations under internationally accepted law to prevent Israel from committing genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza."
