According to Dari Radio correspondent Aziz Zahid, clashes continue on the southeastern borders of Afghanistan and violent clashes were reported to have occurred at some hours on Monday.

Clashes continue in two different regions, Dand Patan district of Paktia province and Barmal district of Pktia province, and the war has also spread to Khost province.

According to preliminary statistics on new clashes, 4 civilians were injured in a village of Barmel.

It was reported that Taliban soldiers from the border areas were advancing towards the Durand Line with heavy and semi-heavy weapons and were ready to line up.

The Minister of Defense of the grassroots government also wore a military uniform for the first time today.

The Taliban Ministry of Defense also announced in a statement that today the forces affiliated with this ministry targeted the positions of Pakistani soldiers on the Afghanistan border.
