Corbyn: Can't the government understand the global outrage by seeing what's happening in reality?"
The former head of the British Labor Party has expressed outrage at the British government's indifference to the South African genocide case against the Zionist regime.
“People in the Gaza Strip are dying of hunger and thirst,” the leader of the main opposition Labor Party was quoted as stressing that the British government must support the genocide case that South Africa has brought against the Zionist regime. In his speech in the British Parliament, Jeremy Corbyn drew the attention of parliamentarians to the suffering and pain of the Palestinians, who since October 7 have become victims of new crimes of the Zionist regime. Stressing that thousands of Palestinian children have died due to lack of medical care, as well as food and medicine, he said: "Can't the government understand the global outrage by seeing what's happening in reality?" Corbyn added: “And why are so many people happy that the South African government is going to the International Criminal Court to hold Israel accountable for the deaths of so many completely innocent people in the Gaza Strip. Can’t the government understand this and at least support the South African claim?” Hearings in the Israeli genocide case are scheduled for January 11-12. Reports indicate that even some 400 Jewish intellectuals and activists living in occupied Palestine have signed a petition in support of South Africa's case against the Zionist regime at the International Court of Justice.
