Details of the terrorist attack in Shakhcherag: how did Novruzov contact ISIS?

Sending an official letter to the Secretary General of the United Nations, Amir Saeed Irevani, noting that the Islamic Republic of Iran strongly and categorically condemns such heinous and heinous acts and emphasizes its unwavering commitment to the belief that their perpetrators will be convicted and brought to justice, added: "Disappointing the fact that the UN Security Council remains silent in the face of such a bitter incident."
