German Media - Why Israel Failed to Fight Hamas

A German newspaper assesses that the Zionist regime's war strategy against the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) has failed. German media, Die Tageszeitung, Sunday (11/19/2023) reported that after weeks of war in the Gaza Strip, Israel was unable to destroy the Hamas movement, and now had to negotiate with this group. "Israel has still failed to achieve two important goals of the war in Gaza, namely the destruction of Hamas and the release of the hostages. On the contrary, the movement remains strong and can hold its hostages," wrote this German media. "Israel's search of a Hamas command center under a hospital is reminiscent of US claims of finding weapons of mass destruction in Iraq in 2003," he stressed. Touching on the deaths and injuries of thousands of civilians in the Zionist regime's attacks on Gaza, Die Tageszeitung pointed out that recently 36 leading UN experts have warned about the development of genocide in Gaza. This German media assesses that the brutal actions of the Zionist regime's military in bombing UN facilities, banning fuel from water pumps and clinics, and killing 42 journalists and more than 100 UN employees on the pretext that Hamas is using civilians as human shields, cannot be justified. According to the Tageszeitung newspaper, in the end Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had to leave his fate in the hands of Hamas.
