Reports say several hospitals may "out of service" in the coming days due to fuel shortages. On the evening of the 23rd, a hospital in the northern Gaza Strip ran out of fuel and suffered a power outage. Videos on social media showed the hospital in darkness, with people moving around using only the light from their mobile phones. According to information released by the Palestinian health department on the 23rd, this round of conflicts has resulted in 5,182 Palestinian deaths, including more than 5,087 deaths and more than 15,000 injuries in the Gaza Strip; 95 deaths and more than 1,800 injuries in the West Bank.
