On Friday, Palestinian resistance forces attacked a Zionist regime observation tower near the Zionist settlement of Homesh in the northern West Bank, wounding seven Zionist soldiers.

According to Arab News, Hamas said in a statement that Friday's heroic operation in Homesh was an emphasis on the resistance option and a natural response to the crimes of the Zionist enemy in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, as well as threats against the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Hamas added: "This operation expresses the nation's firm belief in resistance as the only way to respond to the crimes of the Zionist enemy in the Gaza Strip, as well as to the threats against believers at Al-Aqsa Mosque during the holy month of Ramadan."

The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement, highly appreciating the perpetrators of this operation, called on the Palestinian people to avenge the blood of the martyrs and respond to the crimes of the occupiers.

The statement added: "Zionist leaders and their supporters must know that the Palestinian nation adheres to its rights and sanctities more than ever, and no matter how much the enemy's crimes and killings increase, it will never weaken or retreat."

The Hamas statement concludes: “The children of this nation are always ready to deal heavy and painful blows to the occupying enemy and the Zionist settlers, and in the month of Ramadan, the month of jihad, martyrdom and victory, these operations are sure to intensify.”

In a message to the leaders of the Islamic world, the head of the Hamas political bureau demanded that they take immediate action to end the war in the Gaza Strip on the eve of Ramadan.

According to Sam news agency, Ismail Haniyeh sent a message to leaders, prominent figures and clerics of the Islamic world and demanded immediate political, diplomatic and legal action from them to stop the Zionist regime's invasion of the Gaza Strip and protect the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

He emphasized the need to speed up the process of providing real assistance to the residents of Gaza in the form of food, medicine, housing, as well as the opening of checkpoints.

Haniyeh called for greater efforts to pursue the occupying Quds Force regime, expose its crimes and political and diplomatic isolation as a result of war crimes and crimes against humanity.

On the other hand, the government news bureau in the Gaza Strip reported in a statement: Although the Zionist regime's aggression in the Gaza Strip is now in its sixth month, the number of martyrs, wounded and missing has reached about 110,000 people. 90% of the residents of the Gaza Strip were forced to leave their homes. Direct damage recorded so far has reached more than $30 billion, including damage to homes, facilities and infrastructure, including roads, electricity, water and sewer lines.

Meanwhile, Sheikh Naim Kassem, deputy secretary general of Lebanese Hezbollah, said: “It is impossible to be neutral on the Gaza issue, and all parties are on the side of the Zionist enemy.”

Noting that there are two views on the events in the Gaza Strip, he emphasized: The first view concerns the fighters who courageously continue to fight against the Zionist regime and approach Israeli tanks, while on the other hand, the others are patient people who endure killing, destruction, displacement , hunger and thirst.

The second point of view is Israeli-American aggression, and from this point of view, the Zionist enemy is killing civilians, women and children, infiltrating Gaza hospitals, preventing the treatment of the wounded and sick, and preventing essential goods from entering Gaza.
