HAMAS: We will not leave al-Aqsa mosque alone
The Islamic Struggle Movement of Palestine HAMAS has announced that the movement will not leave the holy mosque of al-Aqswa, the first place of worship for Muslims. This has been said by Muhammad Hamada, the spokesman of the Palestinian Islamic Struggle Movement HAMAS in occupied Quds who has also emphasized that the Palestinians will not surrender in the face of sabotage and constant attacks by Zionist settlers against the holy area. The Palestinian Islamic Struggle Movement (HAMAS) has repeatedly insisted that al-Aqswa mosque will continue to be a red line for Muslims and that every hand that aims to desecrate the mosque will be cut off.
Al-Aqswa Mosque is known as the main symbol of the Islamic and Palestinian identity of the holy area of Quds and the Israeli administration is trying to destroy that identity, but standing firm and being vigilant of the Palestinian people has humiliated the Zionist administration and led to the failure of its plans. Muhammad Hamada, spokesman for the Palestinian Islamic Struggle Movement HAMAS in Quds occupied by Israel is intensifying its illegal actions and changing the geographical and social structure of the city of Quds along with erasing Arab identity and culture through its plans to build neighborhoods Zionist settlers and infrastructures related to those neighborhoods including building roads and subways.
The vandalism of the Zionist settlers against the Al-Aqswa mosque has become more extreme after the hard-line government of Benjamin Netanyahu came to power, which has been showing open hatred against the Palestinians and their holy places. Actions to destroy the honor of Islam in Palestine are taking place in a situation where the leaders of the Arab countries and the international community have continued to remain silent and not take any meaningful steps to deal with such actions that conflict with dignity and humanity.
