Hamas welcomes any plan that will lead to a permanent ceasefire

Palestinian Islamic resistance movement Hamas, reacting to the plan announced by US President Joe Biden for a ceasefire in Gaza on Friday night, said: "This movement welcomes any plan that will lead to a permanent cessation of the war and the complete withdrawal of the Zionist army from Gaza." He made a statement.

According to Iranpress news agency, Hamas's declaration includes the following statements:

"We believe that this American stance and the belief created at the regional and international level that the war against Gaza must be stopped is a result of the legendary stability of the Mujahideen nation in Palestine and its heroic resistance."

Hamas stated that it is ready for positive and constructive interaction with any plan based on a permanent ceasefire, the withdrawal of the occupying forces from Gaza, the reconstruction of this strip, the return of refugees to their homes and a serious agreement on prisoner exchange, provided that the Zionist regime complies with it.

Speaking previously about the war on Gaza, US President Joe Biden said that the Zionist regime proposed a new ceasefire sent to Hamas via Qatar.

Although more than seven months have passed since the Zionist regime occupied the Gaza Strip without any results or success, this regime is sinking into more internal and external crises every day.
