Hezbollah: Israel feels threatened by resistance forces
The head of the executive council of the Lebanese Hezbollah movement said the Zionist regime felt threatened by the rising resistance.According to the Lebanese news agency NNA, Seyyed Hashim Safiuddin said: "Because of the growing resistance in the Arab and Islamic world, the Israeli regime feels threatened."Safiuddin stressed that "Israel's enemies are happy because the resistance by force opposes this regime."
The head of Hezbollah's executive council said: "The strength of the resistance is growing not only in Lebanon, but also in Palestine, as well as in the Arab and Islamic world, which are the axis of resistance, and this increase in power has caused fear and anxiety in Israel."
Safiuddin also said about the election of a new president in Lebanon: "There is no other way to communicate with the president, except through an agreement."Referring to developments in the region, the head of Hezbollah's executive council added: "In light of the major changes and developments in the region, we must identify our options and move forward to maintain our position in the future equation."
Lebanon has been facing a crisis over the vacancy of the country's presidency since October 30, 2022 after the end of the presidential term of Michel Aoun, and is also struggling with a severe economic crisis.
