Israeli War Minister Confession: Israel is the Reason for the Delay in the Agreement

The Zionist regime's Minister of War officially admitted in his statement that the reason for the delay in signing the ceasefire agreement and the prisoner exchange with the Palestinian resistance was this regime itself.

In a situation where the Zionist regime's cabinet officials are trying to blame the Palestinian resistance led by the Hamas movement for not being able to reach a ceasefire agreement and prisoner exchange, the regime's war minister Yoav Gallant admitted that "the reason for the delay in concluding the prisoner exchange agreement is Israel, and it is a mistake to talk about an absolute victory," Arab news agency reported.

Gallant added:

"The threats of Iran and Hezbollah could become reality at any time, and we must be prepared for any kind of escalation and prepare the necessary conditions for the return of those abducted by military pressure (Zionist captives in Gaza)."

Gallant’s statements and his official admission that the Zionist regime is at fault for the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip have drawn the ire of the regime’s Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu. In a statement released by Netanyahu’s office, it was said: “Gallant is accepting anti-Israeli rhetoric and harming the chances of reaching an agreement to release the prisoners.”

Earlier, the Zionist newspaper "Yediot Aharnot" reported:

He reported that there is a disagreement between Netanyahu and the heads of the Zionist regime's internal security organization, known as "Shabak", and the heads of the Zionist regime's espionage organization, known as "Mossad", regarding indirect negotiations with the Palestinian resistance for a ceasefire in Gaza and a prisoner exchange. This point confirms that the Zionist regime's prime minister is obstructing the agreement with the Palestinian resistance groups in the Gaza Strip.
