Italy-Tunisia: Tajani telephone conversation with Foreign Minister Ammar

ROME - The Tunisian foreign ministry reports in a note on a telephone conversation that took place yesterday between foreign minister Nabil Ammar and his counterpart Antonio Tajani who congratulated him on his recent appointment as minister. "On this occasion, Tajani expressed Italy's willingness to continue to support Tunisia and the international financial organizations economically" the note cited by Ansa continues. Ammar, for his part, "praised the ancient friendships between Tunisia and Italy, expressing his willingness to develop them in all fields for the benefit of the two friendly peoples".
