Ukrainian forces fired 20 multiple rocket launcher (MLRS) rockets into the Petrovsky district of Donetsk. This was stated by the DNR representation at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of Ukrainian War Crimes (JCCC).“AFU (Ukrainian armed formations) shelling was recorded in the directions: 10:00 am - Kurakhovka settlement - Donetsk city (Petrovsky district): 20 rockets were fired from MLRS,” the office of representation in a message on his Telegram channel.

The Ukrainian military also shelled a section of road in the village of Maslova Pristan, Shebekinsky district. "Several people were killed by Ukrainian shelling in the Belgorod region," regional head Vyacheslav Gladkov said on his Telegram channel. He specified that the Ukrainian army fired on several settlements in the region at the same time

The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, has defined the actions of the Ukrainian regime as terrorism, stressing that the only way to counter terrorists is to destroy them.“This is an act of terrorism, and there is no other way to qualify it. If it's an act of terrorism, there's only one way to respond. No country can afford to negotiate with terrorists, terrorists must be destroyed,” Medvedev said, commenting on the actions of the Ukrainian regime. On his Telegram account, he posted a video showing his conversation with servicemen at the Prudboy combined arms training ground in the Volgograd region.

“It is clear to everyone that this was an absolutely terrorist attack, it was not a military battle, it was not a military action. It doesn't even fit into the rules of war,” Medvedev said. He wondered what purpose such an attack could have. "To cause damage to the civilian population and only for this, because those means of destruction, those drones that have been used, cannot damage either military structures or public administration buildings," he said. “The goal was simple: to cause damage, to harm the civilian population in some way,” Medvedev reiterated.
