Malik Agar: The internal war in Sudan may end in December this year

Malik Agar, Vice President of Sudan's Governing Council, has said that there is a possibility that the war between the government army and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) will end before the end of this year.

These statements have been made while experts emphasize that the Sudanese army is more dependent on a military solution to end the internal war in the country and not negotiations, after getting the most modern weapons.

Addressing a meeting for the development of health services in the Arkuit area, in eastern Sudan, Agar said: "The war will end next December, and you will be able to walk in the streets without a stick. The current conflict is not a normal war, but a "war of mercenaries without objective or ideology managed by regional powers."

The remarks of the Vice President of the Council of Administration of Sudan have been accompanied by a large increase in air attacks by the Sudanese Army against the strongholds of the Rapid Aid Forces in the states of Khartoum, Al-Jazira, Sennar and cities in the Darfur region.

At the same time, a platform close to the Sudanese army has reported the killing of prominent commanders of the RSF fighters.
