The statement said: "Washington has given the green light to the Zionist occupiers to kill civilians in hospitals and medical centers in the Gaza Strip, which is carried out in front of the whole world." The Palestine Islamic Jihad movement further emphasized that the Zionist regime is unable to achieve its goals in the Gaza Strip, so it is attacking civilians, patients and medical staff to show the settlers victory as a show. Eyewitnesses said that this morning, upon entering the Al-Shifa hospital center, Zionist regime soldiers began shooting at the wards where patients were hospitalized, and loud explosions were heard around the hospital.
