No extension of the wheat agreement with Ukraine until Russia's requests are met. "The Black Sea agreements have ceased to be valid today", Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. "As the President of the Russian Federation said earlier, the deadline was July 17. Unfortunately, the Russia-related part of this Black Sea Agreement has not been implemented so far. Therefore, its effect has ended." Peskov added: "The grain agreement has been terminated. As soon as the part concerning Russia is fully respected, we will immediately return to its implementation." In particular, Moscow believes that "obstacles" to Russian exports of cereals and fertilizers have not been removed. He later explained that the attack on the Crimean bridge did not affect Moscow's position on the agreement: "No, these events are absolutely not related to each other."
