Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives have summoned FBI and Internal Revenue Service officials in the case of Hunter Biden, the son of incumbent President Joe Biden. The House Judiciary Committee and the Committees on Ways and Means on Monday sent subpoenas to several FBI and IRS agents who were believed to be involved in the investigation of President Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden, the Associated Press reported. The heads of the House Judiciary Committee and the Ways and Means committees required four agents who worked for years on a multiyear Justice Department case to testify about President Joe Biden's youngest son, his tax and business dealings. Jim Jordan and Jason Smith, chairs of the House Judiciary and Appropriations Committees, said in a joint statement, "It is our duty to establish the facts, and we have issued subpoenas to give explanations to Biden administration officials."
