Speaking in an interview with the French newspaper L'Journal Dudimanche", Sebastien Lecornu, the Minister of Defense of France, has explained that an order has been issued to use ten Scallop long-range missiles from France and England for the Ukrainian army.

Maria Zakharova Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia has warned the French government about using these missiles to attack Russian soil. 

The movement of Western countries to send their weapons to Ukraine comes in a situation where President Vladimir Putin of Russia has emphasized several times that the action of Western countries to use its long-range missiles to attack Russia means that NATO member countries, the United States and European countries are fighting a war against Russia. 

If more than two years have passed since the war in Ukraine; The United States, Great Britain, Canada, member states of the European Union, Japan and also international institutions have provided Ukraine with military equipment, training and economic aid worth billions of dollars.
