The pressure of Western countries against sportsmen who support the Palestinian state against the crimes of the Zionist regime of Israel is increasing.

Westerners, who always claim that politics should not be included in sports, have turned to the sportsmen who oppose the brutality and killing of Israel in Gaza in various ways, including threatening to kill the sportsmen after showing their sympathy and solidarity with the Palestinian people who are being brutally killed. According to the Euronews agency, Karim Benzema, a French football player of the Al-Ittihad team of Saudi Arabia, is among those who have been targeted by unprecedented attacks by Westerners who support the Zionist regime of Israel because of his support for the oppressed people of Palestine. The French senator, Valérie Boyer, has asked the famous sportsman to be stripped of the Ballon d'Or award and French citizenship just because he opposes the killing of Israel against the Palestinian people. Benzema wrote on his X social network page that: "All our prayers go to the people of Gaza, who are once again victims of barbaric attacks that leave no woman nor child behind." 

On the other hand, one of the representatives of the German Parliament has called for the expulsion of Noussair Mazraoui, Moroccan soccer star and player of the German Bayern Munich team in the club and Germany in general. The call has been made after Mazraoui, wished victory for the Palestinian nation against the regime that is killing Israeli children. The German newspaper Bild has also claimed that Noussair Mazraoui supports terrorism after defending the citizens of Gaza who are killed by Israel! Noussair Mazraoui Youcef Atal, a famous soccer player from Algeria and a player of the Nice club in France, is also persecuted by the country's politicians after criticizing the illegal Israeli regime. The politician Eric Ciotti of France has asked his fellow politicians to take action against Atal for criticizing the ongoing killings carried out by Israel against the citizens of Gaza.

Anwar El Ghazi, a Dutch soccer player of Moroccan origin, his contract with the German club "Mainz" has been canceled after the club's fans attacked him for supporting the people of Gaza. The European Union has also removed the photo of the Egyptian swimmer, Abdelrahman Sameh, from the official pages of the Union for having positions to defend the Palestinian people against Israeli brutality. Sameh has also confirmed that he has been threatened with death because of his support for the Palestinian people. Mesut Özil Mesut Özil, the former star of the German national team and the Arsenal and Real Madrid clubs, is being heavily persecuted after posting a message on social networks with the flags of Turkey and Palestine.
