The complete withdrawal of the occupation regime's military from Gaza is a prerequisite for any agreement
The leaders of the Palestinian "Islamic Jihad" and "Hamas" movements have demanded the complete withdrawal of the Israeli military from the Gaza Strip in order to reach any agreement with Tel Aviv.
According to the Arab news agency, after the meeting of the head of the advisory council of Hamas, Mohammad Darwish, the secretary general of the Islamic Jihad movement, Ziad al-Nakhlah, and his deputy, Mohammad Al-Handi, they issued a joint statement, stating: "To reach any agreement with Tel Aviv, the complete withdrawal of the Israeli military from the entire territory of the Gaza Strip, the beginning of the reconstruction of the territory, the exchange of prisoners and the agreement on the end of the siege are necessary."
This joint statement also emphasizes the need to stop the attacks of the Zionist regime against Gaza and to punish the leaders of this regime who committed crimes against humanity.
In their joint statement, the leaders of Hamas and Islamic Jihad criticized Tel Aviv's approach to defeat the efforts of the mediators and stated: "Israel is responsible for the failure of the mediators' efforts, insisting on continuing the attacks and rejecting the actions of the previous rounds, especially the movement's proposal on July 2."
Yesterday, the delegation of the "Islamic Jihad" movement, led by the secretary general of this movement, Ziad Al-Nakhlah and his deputy Mohammad al-Handi, met with the head of the advisory council of Hamas, Mohammad Darwish, and the delegation of the leaders of this movement in Doha.
According to this report, the latest political and military developments in Palestine were discussed at the meeting between the leaders of Hamas and Islamic Jihad.
