The Assembly in its statement notes that the martyrdom of more than 16,000 civilians in the Gaza Strip, most of whom are children, women and the elderly, as well as the bombing of the enclave's entire infrastructure, hospitals and medical teams, are only part of a long list of Zionist crimes. in Gaza, which shows that Tel Aviv does not recognize any legal, political, humanitarian or international restrictions in armed conflicts and wars. The statement noted that the United States is the “main instigator and partner” of the crimes committed by the Zionists in Gaza, and without the support of Washington, the existence of the Zionist regime would be impossible. The World Assembly of Islamic Awakening said that the contribution and role of some European countries in the Gaza genocide is, if not greater than America, then equal to it, especially the role of Germany, France and Britain, more prominent than other European countries.

Stressing that the liberation of the Holy Quds and all occupied territories is the only solution to the Palestinian question, the Assembly noted that the Islamic resistance has entered a “golden age” of its power and deterrence, while on the other hand, the Zionist regime has been significantly weakened and the United States has failed. The World Assembly of Islamic Awakening called on the international community to establish an international court to prosecute the leaders of the Zionist regime as war criminals, along with imposing an arms embargo, passing binding Security Council resolutions, severing diplomatic relations with the regime, imposing a commercial embargo on goods, opening checkpoints Rafah and the delivery of medicine, food, fuel and humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip to at least alleviate the suffering of the oppressed people of Palestine.
