US doctors who served in Gaza: There is no evidence that HAMAS has used the hospital as a military force

A group of 99 American doctors and medical professionals who volunteered to work in the besieged Gaza Strip have said they have not seen any signs of military operations by the Hamas Resistance group in the area's hospitals, and have called on the Joe Biden administration to stop immediately. one aid and military, economic and diplomatic support for Israel.

In a letter written to the president of the United States and his Vice President Kamala Harris, the doctors who together spent 254 weeks volunteering in the health centers of Gaza, have narrated their experiences and painful experiences of what they saw with their own eyes about the terrible human condition during the brutal attacks that continue to be carried out by the Israeli army, saying they have "witnessed unfathomable crimes".

A part of the letter published on the "Ghaza Healthcare Letters" website said: "we want to make it absolutely clear: none of us have ever seen even once any kind of Palestinian militant activity in any Gaza hospital or other health facilities" .

The 99 American doctors have continued to point out in their letter to Biden saying: "We urge you to see this, that Israel has systematically and deliberately destroyed the entire health care system of Gaza and that Israel has targeted our colleagues in Gaza through torture, exploitation and murder".

The letter also describes the suffering of women and children in hospitals, including widespread malnutrition and the lack of essential medical equipment in Gaza. In addition, the doctors pointed to a study published in the Lancet medical journal in July, which said, the effects of Israel's war on Gaza could mean that the actual number of deaths in the area has exceeded 186,000 people.
