Venezuelan official: Sanctions have become America's economic weapon against Venezuela

The Vice President of Venezuela announced that the US has imposed sanctions on the country to dominate Venezuelan oil.Delcy Rodriguez said at a meeting with Venezuelan officials, "Sanctions have become America's economic weapon against Venezuela."
 
She pointed out: "Venezuela was taken out of the SWIFT system to cut off the country's connection to the world financial systems, but the connection of Caracas to the Russian Mir payment network connected us to the world financial system."
 
Since 2019, the American government has made efforts to overthrow the legitimate government of Venezuela by the public, and thus Juan Guaidó, the leader of the opposition to the Venezuelan government, called himself the president of this country, and Western countries also recognized him.
 
After that, the US took massive measures against the Venezuelan government, the most important of which was the imposition of sanctions against Caracas, so far all American attempts to overthrow the Venezuelan government have failed.
