World Health Organization: There are no active hospitals left in the north of Gaza
The World Health Organization declared that the situation of the health system in the Gaza Strip is a complete tragedy. The health system in the Gaza Strip, which is under intense bombardment by Israel, has collapsed. Al-Ehli Baptist, the last hospital providing treatment, was also disabled. There are no longer any active hospitals in northern Gaza. Medical facilities are inadequate in hospitals in the south of Gaza. The situation in hospitals in the south got out of control as displaced people took shelter in hospitals and the number of injured increased. Gaza Ministry of Health asks international organizations to establish a field hospital in the region. The World Health Organization emphasized that the collapse of the healthcare system in the Gaza Strip is a complete tragedy.
