Yemen's support for Iran's military response to the Zionist regime
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Yemen's Government of National Salvation has described Iran's response with drones and missiles to the genocidal Israeli regime's attack on the consular section of the embassy of the Islamic Republic of Damascus as a legitimate response and in accordance with international laws.
Yemen's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that countries supporting the Zionist regime should act wisely and put the interests of their countries and people at the forefront and refrain, at the call of their people, from unlimited political, military, financial and logistical support for this regime.
The Iranian Mission to the UN stated that the Islamic Republic of Iran does not intend to have a conflict with the US in the region, but if that country takes military action against Iran, its citizens or the interests of the Islamic Republic, it reserves the inherent right to respond accordingly.
On Monday, April 1, 2024, the Zionist regime attacked the consular section of the Iranian Embassy in Damascus. The terrorist attack killed seven senior Iranian military advisers.
The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution and Supreme Commander of the Iranian Armed Forces, Ayatollah Khamenei, called Tel Aviv's actions an attack on the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran and stressed that the Zionist regime will be “punished.”
In this regard, on the morning of Sunday, April 14, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps punished this aggressor regime by attacking the occupied Palestinian territories with drones and missiles.
