The spokesman for the Arab division of the United States Department of State has resigned from his position to complain and oppose the policies of the country's government in the war of the Zionist regime of Israel against the Palestinians of the Gaza Strip.

When it has been seven months since the Zionist regime started a brutal war and genocide in the Gaza Strip, the United States continues its policies to support the killings carried out by the brutal regime.

For that reason, Washington's steps to increase its aid to Israel every day so that it can break free from the quagmire of the Gaza war that has lasted for seven months now without bringing any success to Tel Aviv, have been strongly criticized by public opinion in the United States itself.

According to AP, Hala Rharrit, the spokesperson for the Arab division of the US State Department, has resigned from her position to oppose the policies of President Joe Biden's government in relation to Gaza.

Before that, three other US officials also resigned from their positions to protest and complain about US support for the Zionist regime in the Gaza war.

Annelle Sheline, External Relations Officer in the US Office of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor at the US State Department and Josh Paul, Political and Military Affairs Officer of the same department, resigned from their positions in protest of the arms aid provided by Washington to the Zionist regime to use in the war against the Palestinians of Gaza.

In January of this year, Tariq Habash, special assistant to the President of the United States in the Ministry of Education, announced his resignation from the post complaining of the crimes committed by the Zionist regime against innocent Palestinian citizens.

According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, more than 34,000 Palestinians have been martyred so far since the brutal war and genocide that continues to be carried out by the Zionist regime in the Gaza Strip began on October 7, 2023.../
