Al-Qassam Brigades Fire at Israeli Soldiers in Khan Younis
Simultaneously with the Zionist regime's attack on Gaza, Palestinian resistance fighters targeted Israeli soldiers with missiles.
The Ezzeddine Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) targeted Zionist regime soldiers in the city of Khan Yunis with Yasin 105 and TBG missiles. Previously, the al-Qassam Brigades last week launched an attack on Zionist regime forces which killed at least seven Israeli soldiers in the town of Khan Yunis. Ezzeddine Al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas' Military Wing announced that seven Israeli soldiers were killed in an anti-personnel bomb explosion Friday in the Absan Al-Kabirah area, located east of the town of Khan Yunis. As Israeli military aggression continues in the Gaza Strip, Palestinian resistance forces, including the Al-Qassam Brigades, have strengthened their resistance against the invaders in more than one axis in the Gaza Strip which continues to cost Israeli soldiers lives. In early February, the Zionist regime's military announced that 560 of its soldiers had been killed since the start of the war with resistance groups in Gaza. These reports are officially announced statistics, and the actual number of casualties of the Zionist army is much higher than this figure. Zionist media said the number of Israeli army casualties in Gaza was much higher than the figures announced by the Zionist regime's military authorities. The Zionist regime newspaper said that Israeli troops had now become an easy target for Palestinian resistance forces, and warned of an increase in Israeli soldiers being killed. Previously, the Jerusalem Post mentioned the killing of 24 Israeli soldiers in one day in a building in Gaza, during fighting against Palestinian resistance forces, last January. According to the Jerusalem Post, the progress of the Zionist regime forces has slowed down, and currently the Israeli army has turned into an easy target for Palestinian forces. The Jerusalem Post, too, warned of the political ramifications of this defeat, and protested the war strategy used by the Israeli Cabinet. Even though many Israeli soldiers were killed, and the Al Qassam Brigades made many advances on the battlefield, the Prime Minister of the Zionist Regime, still insisted on continuing the war until what he called "complete victory" could be achieved.
