Bin Tele Muhindo Muson is an (ICRC) employee who inspects water distribution projects funded by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
There were complaints from citizens, which were registered either with the Water Agency, a Government agency and even others that reached us (ICRC) which made us evaluate the water system itself and find ways to solve it, that's why the ICRC invested in finding a solution to the issue of water supply .
