Several human rights groups have sued the Dutch government for supporting the Zionist regime's aggression in Gaza by supplying the regime with weapons and military equipment. According to the Middle East Monitor portal, in the aforementioned joint statement, the international organization Oxfam, Amnesty International Netherlands, the Dutch non-governmental organization Pax Christie, together with the Dutch Law Society, note that the Netherlands is indirectly responsible for violating the laws of war and mass punishment of the civilian population of Gaza from outside. These kinds of statements addressed to the Dutch government have been heard since the country's government, despite a significant increase in the number of civilian casualties in Gaza, continues the process of supplying weapons to Tel Aviv, without paying any attention to human rights laws to continue the war in Gaza .

All four groups mentioned in the above statement called on the Dutch government to respect the obligations associated with the country's constitution and adhere to international agreements in accordance with their political framework. In the statement, the director of Oxfam said that humanitarian organizations want to provide civilian assistance to Gazans in the current situation, but heavy Israeli bombing makes this impossible. Dagmar Oudtshoorn, director of Amnesty International Holland, also said the government was losing all credibility by supplying weapons to Israel.
