Karachi residents protest against Western silence over Palestinian killings
people protesting against the crimes of the Israeli regime, with banners and posters, condemned the killings of the defenseless population of Gaza. Saeed Sarbari, a media representative in Karachi, in his speech at the rally held the leaders of the Israeli and American regimes equally responsible for the killing of civilians in the Gaza Strip. General Jamali, head of the Pakistan Journalists Union, also said at the ceremony: “I want to tell Israel that you cannot hide the truth by killing us journalists.” Also on Wednesday, Pakistani children and teenagers in a large community in Karachi, chanting slogans of "Death to Israel", "Death to America" and "Labik or Aqsa", expressed sympathy for the families of thousands of children killed in the Zionist regime's bombing of the Gaza Strip. Pakistanis speaking at the anti-Zionist rally said Israel is an illegitimate and terrorist regime supported by the United States, and they condemn American support for Israel's terrorist forces. Meanwhile, Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman, head of the Jamaat-e-Islami Party in Karachi, said:
“The large gathering of Pakistani children and teenagers is a message to the Palestinian people that we stand with you until the last moment, and a message to the enemies of Islam and the Zionist occupiers that children, teenagers and youth of Islamic countries are present on the battlefield and are ready to wage jihad against Israel at any moment." Also, some Pakistani children and teenagers attending today's demonstrations wore Palestinian shirts and Al-Aqsa Mosque shirts in solidarity with resistance front fighters. In the shadow of some Western countries' support for Israel, the Zionist regime's crimes against the people of Gaza are becoming more brutal every day. Since October 7, at least 11,000 Palestinians have been martyred and more than 26,000 injured as a result of the Zionist regime's aggression in the Gaza Strip. Most of the martyrs and wounded are children and women.
