He has said that more than 1,180 houses have been washed away and completely destroyed by the landslides that occurred yesterday Friday in the northern area of ​​Maip-Mulitaka.

The political leader has said that landslides have killed hundreds of people in six villages in the Maip-Mulitaka area, and that the village of Yambili, about 600 kilometers northwest of the capital city of Port Moresby, has been completely destroyed by the disaster.
