Over 250,000 worshipers prayed at al-Aqsa

AL QUDS- Yesterday and on World al-Quds Day, some 250,000 Muslim worshipers from across the occupied territories attended Friday prayers at al-Aqsa Mosque complex in occupied Jerusalem despite tight Israeli restrictions to circulation and entry into the holy city. Infopal reports it.

The Islamic Ministry of Awqaf (Religious Property) in occupied Jerusalem said 250,000 Palestinians performed the last Friday prayers of Ramadan at al-Aqsa Mosque despite tight police restrictions on gates and entrances.

earlier in the morning, the Israeli occupation police deployed more road barriers in and around the holy city, obstructed the movement of Palestinian citizens and vehicles, and prevented many citizens, especially young people, from reaching the mosque with security pretexts.
