According to Al Jazeera TV, Tedros Adhanom, citing the cancellation of the sixth aid mission to the Gaza Strip due to attacks by the Zionist regime, announced that the ongoing airstrikes on the Gaza Strip by the Zionist regime and restrictions on the delivery of humanitarian aid made it impossible fulfillment of responsibilities by the World Health Organization and its partners. The last time WHO conducted a mission in the northern Gaza Strip was on December 26, 2023. WHO previously warned of the consequences of the Zionist regime's brutal attacks on medical centers in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank and the risk of death of Palestinian children. Last Friday, the World Health Organization, condemning the Zionist regime's continued attacks on the Gaza Strip, announced that hospitals and other vital medical and treatment facilities in the Gaza Strip and the ZBRI have been attacked 600 times since the Zionist regime's attacks began. The Zionist regime's attacks on the Gaza Strip have led to severe shortages of food, water and medicine in the area, to the point that human rights groups are warning that even if Gaza residents survive the bombing, the humanitarian crisis will claim their lives.

According to Al Jazeera TV, China's Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday: "Parties involved in the conflict in the Gaza Strip must implement UN Security Council resolutions." The statement said: "Beijing calls for a comprehensive ceasefire and an immediate cessation of hostilities. Israel must end its collective punishment of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip." Meanwhile, the World Bank warned in a report, citing the ongoing crisis in the occupied territories, that the global economy is experiencing its weakest economic growth in 30 years, and the slow process of economic recovery from the Covid-19 virus, and paralyzing wars in Ukraine and Western Europe. Asia will have a significant impact on economic output. There is a risk that the war in the Gaza Strip could escalate into a wider conflict, which could lead to higher prices, especially for oil and food, the report said. The World Bank report said the recent war in West Asia, following Russia's recent invasion of Ukraine, has also increased geopolitical risks. The World Bank's warning about the continuation or possible escalation of the war in the Gaza Strip comes as Western countries, led by the United States, continue to fully support the brutal and criminal actions of the fake Israeli regime, causing the situation to worsen, and also indulge the regime's impunity in continuing crimes against the people of Palestine .
