The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela predicts the collapse of the dollar currency in the world

The position of the dollar as the most used currency in investment and payment transactions in business and the world economy since the beginning of this century has given the United States the opportunity to use the currency as a means to impose financial and economic restrictions on other countries. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela, Yván Gil, has said that we will soon witness the replacement of the dollar currency in world trade and the dollar currency will lose its value in the near future. Gil added that the introduction of a new system in the world will help to bring balance in ensuring that the dollar is not the only option used in commercial transactions. Pointing to the growing trend of energy business transactions using currencies other than the US dollar, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela has said that countries with food potential in Latin America, such as Brazil and Argentina, are developing their commercial transactions using currencies others.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela has emphasized that the US dollar is currently being used as a weapon of power against other countries, adding that the emergence of another currency will bring stability to commercial exchanges in the world.
