Troll Factories of Indian Origin Are Attacking Bollywood Stars This Time: No Criticism for the Lord of Israel!

India-Israel Trained Trolls Try to Create Cancel Culture for Palestine Supporters in India

Bollywood stars like Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra, Kareena Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor and Varun Dhawan showed their solidarity with Palestine following Israeli attacks on Gaza.

Alia Bhatt wrote on her Instagram story: "All children deserve love, safety, peace and life. And all mothers deserve to offer these to their children." She used the hashtag #AllEyesOnRafah.

Other stars like Madhuri Dixit, Tripti Dimri, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Dia Mirza and Swara Bhaskar also joined the group.

But – as usual – seemingly in line with Israel's propaganda policies, Indian trolls launched a coordinated attack on these celebrities' posts. Using propaganda techniques like “Whataboutism,” these trolls have done their best to silence these popular figures and prevent them from freely expressing their opinions.

In fact, these trained trolls are trying to create a cancel culture for Palestine supporters in India.

Using similar language and "Whataboutism", some trolls wrote in offensive comments under these celebrities' posts: "It's good to stand with humanity, so why don't you talk about the killing of Hindus? Why don't you talk about the killing of Israelis? Why don't you talk about the killing of Christians?"

Other trolls, obscuring the history of the 20th-century occupation of Palestine by immigrant Zionists and repeated Israeli attacks on Palestinians, wrote: "Why don't you say Hamas and the Palestinians are to blame? Why don't you say Hamas is responsible for the war?"

Other troll accounts sarcastically wrote under these celebrities' solidarity posts with Palestine: "If you're telling the truth, talk about the persecution of Hindus instead. Why aren't you talking about India? Why are you talking about people abroad?"

Since the start of Israel's deadly attacks on Palestinians, one of the strangest global events in the virtual world has been the attack of apparently organized Indian groups in support of these massacres. According to some analysts, Israel and Netanyahu have invested heavily in recent years to use human and virtual Indian power against those who oppose them, especially Muslims.

Troll: A person who engages in argument with others by deliberately posting provocative, irrelevant, or offensive comments or other destructive content.
