Turkey has expressed its deep indignation that hundreds of Palestinians lost their lives and many others were injured as a result of the bombing of the Al-Ahli Arabi hospital in Gaza, describing it as a "barbaric attack". "We condemn the barbaric attack on the hospital in Gaza, in the strongest terms," read the statement from Ankara's Foreign Ministry. Egypt and Jordan also issued similar statements saying they condemned the attack "in the strongest possible terms." Anti-Israeli and anti-US demonstrations also in Tehran. In Libya, several hundred people protested in Tripoli and other cities. Protests also occurred in the Yemeni city of Taz and in Rabat, the Moroccan capital.

Hundreds of Iraqis took to the streets in the capital, Baghdad, chanting slogans against the Israeli regime for having struck the Al-Ahli Arabi Baptist hospital in Gaza City last night, with a death toll of at least 500 dead and 600 injured, mostly women and children. Security officials told media that dozens of protesters attempted to cross a bridge to reach the area housing Iraqi government offices and several embassies but were prevented by security forces.
