US police have shot and killed a man who said online that he should pick up his sniper rifle during Biden's visit to Utah. On Wednesday, the FBI shot and killed a Utah man who allegedly threatened online to kill President Joe Biden and New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg. According to NBC News, the suspect was identified in the indictment as Craig DeLeo Robertson. Robertson apparently said on Monday, referring to Biden's trip to Utah, that he should get his camouflage gear and sniper rifle ready. In addition to threatening Biden, Robertson also planned to kill Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, according to the indictment. Robertson named many other politicians, including New York Attorney General Letitia James, US Attorney General Merrick Garland and California Governor Gavin Newsom, as people he intends to kill, according to the documents. In Robertson's felony indictment, he is charged with interstate threats, infiltration, obstruction, and retaliation against federal law enforcement officials by threatening the President.
